At Fish City, we are committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive dining experience for all our guests. We understand the importance of accessibility and have taken steps to ensure that everyone, regardless of their abilities, can enjoy our restaurant.

1. Ground-Floor Accessibility

Wheelchair Access

Our restaurant is equipped with ground-floor disabled access, allowing easy entry for guests using wheelchairs.

Wheelchair-accessible Toilet

A wheelchair-accessible toilet is conveniently located on the ground floor for the comfort and convenience of our customers.

2. Lifts and Access to Upper Floors

Whilst we will make every effort to seat guests on wheelchairs on our ground floor Main Deck or under the awning of our heated and sheltered outdoor Terrace, we do have lifts available for guests to access an upper floor. The lifts operate from the ground floor, providing access to our first floor dining room The Fisherman’s Hut.

3. Facilities for staff

For the convenience of our staff members, there is a disabled toilet available on the second floor.

4. Outdoor Terrace

Wheelchair-friendly al fresco dining

Our outdoor terrace is a perfect spot for al fresco dining. Framed by seasonal flowers, it is sheltered and heated, allowing guests on wheelchairs to enjoy the beautiful weather on nice days.

5. Additional Amenities

Highchairs & Baby-changing Facilities

For families with young children, we provide highchairs in our dining rooms and baby-changing facilities in our ground-floor toilet. We aim to create a family-friendly environment for all our guests.
