Carlingford Oysters

Uniquely sweet and slightly nutty on the palate, followed by lingering light tannins. Sourced from family-run Carlingford Oyster Company in the cold waters of Carlingford Lough, located just 50 miles away— a glacial fjord framed by the majestic Mournes and picturesque Cooley Mountains. The huge exchange of water with each tide, along with freshwater flowing in from the mountains, provides the nutrients on which Carlingford oysters feed, making for a truly exceptional taste of Irish land and sea.
