Fish City Belfast is Northern Ireland’s newest offering to the fish and chip industry and has just been shortlisted into the Top Three finalists in the ‘Good Catch – The Sustainable Seafood Award’ for the 2017 National Fish and Chip Awards.

A Belfast fish restaurant aiming to inspire city centre shoppers to enjoy fish in a healthy way has been shortlisted for a UK-wide sustainability award.

Three MSC certified fish and chip shops have been recognised for leading the way in the sourcing and promotion of sustainable fish and shellfish. Rockfish in Brixham, Devon, Fish City in Belfast and Papa’s Fish and Chips in Hull, East Yorkshire, are all finalists in the Good Catch – The Sustainable Seafood Award at the 2017 National Fish & Chip Awards.

BELFAST’S Ann Street has been boosted by the arrival of award-winning fish and chip restaurant and take-away Fish City, which has opened its first outlet in the city centre.

Fish City Belfast has been shortlisted for the coveted UK 2017 National Fish & Chip Awards - Independent Takeaway Fish and Chip Shop of the Year Award. Finals to be held in London.
